The environment at
Netarhat still attracts me. I have not found such a pleasant
place throughout my educational career. I wish my friends to

It's always has been a sense of nostalgia when we revert
back to our way of life. I've learnt how to live my life in
Netarhat though it sounds amazing. In fact it's true because
living life is aligning oneself to his/her value/moral. I
feel sometime that I could not utilize much in Netarhat life
due to ignorance or whatever. But today I'm thankful to
Netrahat and God because I've made my own identity in life
to which I could make a significant change in my life. It's
a yawning gap after leaving Netarhat but it has always been
an indispensable part of mine. I strongly believe in values
of life because we could have good knowledge even outside of
Netarhat but the value and discipline of life we learned in
Netarhat still carries with us. Believe these are things
which will always help someone even in failure and make you
distinct in society. I'm not sure but heard some value loss
in Netarhat from outside. Please forgive me if I w'd have
been wrong. We know even the greatest institution in the
world have gone through a phase of crisis. But the important
thing is that you must carry your values of life and don't
quit .Convenient things may not always be the right thing .I
hope all the responsible Hatians, Shrimanji and other
concerned people w'd be rightly communicated by me. Even
IIM's and IIT's strive hard to maintain their excellence. We
people could worth the values and meaning of "BRAND IMAGE"
which we have been carrying with us since 1954. I w'd be

Dear all Members
of Netarhat Family, My heartiest regards. It has been 25
years and still I feel equally thrilled with anything
associated with Netarhat. My brothers have already expressed
my emotions about this web site and their nostalgic feeling.
It refreshes so many thoughts and thankfulness for the
school that shaped our body, mind and soul. I am not
mentioning any name for my special gratitude, as the moment
I take a name, I feel I may miss others who contributed
nearly equally in my 7 years full of sentiments, motivation
and emotions. Even with changing time, divided state and
growing law and order problems in that area, our
relationship with Netarhat seems more stronger with more and
more members joining the family every year. At this time, I
also feel this as our obligation as NOBA is to see what else
we can collectively improve for our future generations. Some
of us may have struggled with electricity and water issues
during our stay. I personally have walked to Gulab Jharna at
10 PM to fetch water after 3 days of power outage, when tube
wells were not installed, but now those memories leave only
a smile and inner strength. We also had situations where few
exceptional teachers, were rarely coming to class, very
unprofessionally dressed and use to spend time in an
unpredictable manner during the class. One teacher had less
than clear communication skills, had been mentioning
something about Periodic Tables for 2 years facing the
students while wring on the board illegibly and busy in his
transfer to and from Adult Education Department. For some
reasons beyond our comprehension his performance and
contributions to the school were questionable.
It takes a strong will and heart full of dreams for a 10
year old boy to leave his home, mother, convenient life,
friends and school were he was doing excel, and get into the
School Bus at Zila School, to accept the challenges of
uncertain future. If we would not ensure that he gets the
quality meal and proper attention he is promised, who else
will? Let us all make this a common goal to have a check and
balance in place to measure and control the other
influencing parameters in school environments. Hatians do
have a verifiable success record, but they are selected
after a tough competition anyway. The scope of growth is
decided by the motivation, environment and guidance
available. I feel that is highly influence by their role
model, who is normally their Housemaster. If house master is
only a wrist that comes out through the window to sign PT /
Assembly chits once a day, which I believe happens in some
Ashrams, the students are deprived of a great fatherly
figure that they not only need and deserve but have earned
as well. If Srimanjee and Matajee take time to walk few
times, watching health issues, broken buttons, wounded
knees, it touches every students for life long, just like it
did for me. We have expressed this enough among ourselves
that we are great, now how can we improve what our current
students are going through? And to improve anything we need
to watch and measure this first. How can we do this? Can we
measure the success of passing students and recognize the
staffs that closely worked with the students? Or have
students nominate the teacher for Valmiki Award? And there
could be more ways to recognize the effective contributor
who deliver much more than few others with typical
Government employees. It is not about the people, but to
achieve a culture that will be more sensitive to teenager’s
needs. Any change results in resistance and response, and if
needed I am willing to work positively in ensuring a better
support for my younger brothers, who deserve the best.

mera charan sparsh, mere gurujan, abhinnhridya aur, kanisth
hridaya ko mera namaskar.vande he sunder mam sakha netarhat
sada, dil aur dimag ko cheer ke van me, oval ke maidan per,
gulab jharna, tahir, pomutra, loaer ghaghri me nahane ke
liye, sriman jee aur mata jee ke sneh, antyakshri, natak,
athletics, hockey aur cricket tournament ke dino ki yad taja
karne ke liye ke senjeevni booti ka kam karta hai. Aaj bhi
jab nasika se hokar thandi hawa dil me pravesh karti ho
lagta hai man vahi kain netarhat ki vadiyo me vichran kar
raha hai. Sardi ke dino me 15 november aur sam ki tea party
ka smarn ho jata hai. Subah jab v nind khulti hai to 8:15 ka
sammelan yad ho uthta hai. Sam ke khel aur tournament ki
sargarmi ke ke bad priksha ke vo din aaj v jeevan ke is daur
me tonic ka kam karta hai. Netarhat hamare jeevan ki sans
aur aas dono hai. Jab bhi jeevan ke is bhavar me fasta hoon
to sirf aur sirf ek hi nam hame urja ke sath -sath path
aalokit karta hai aur vo hai netarhat. Sach main netarhat ko
bahut miss karta hoon. (meri bhasagat asudhi ke liye mer
mitragan mujhe kshma karenge)

Its the reply for Snehanshu from Kishor house. there are a
lot of your seniors and every one is doing good job in their
life. You should not searcs for all "ANTEWASI" of Kishor but
also for all hatians. So i want to give your answer. After
10th u will having a lot of opportunity to do better in
life. Don't choose any option which will make u to feel u
any blockage in ur life. All ur she'll depends on ur choice
whether u'll go for technology or in civil aviation. If u
want to go for engg. then u should be mentally prepared for
that bcoz u'll have to a very very hard work. You can prefer
any institute for iit(jee) but more important thing is to
score better marks in ur 12th exam also. For that delhi will
be the better place.
